We have a wide range of survey-based reports for use within organisations. The first two focus on the organisation as a whole whilst our Employee Surveys assess employee performance.
The Organisational Insights Report helps leaders gain feedback from staff on the organisation's overall strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
The Employee Engagement Report helps you find ways to make your employees' work more engaging and fulfilling.
Both reports contain actionable suggestions for improvement.
Our wide range of Employee Surveys assess and measure employee performance and behaviour. For example, Employee Development 360 identifies which training, coaching or informal self-directed learning would be most beneficial for your employees, whilst Identifying Potential Managers 360 uncovers hidden talents or whether an employee might be better placed.
All our reports can be based around your organisation's Competency Framework, which lists each individual competency (such as problem-solving or people management) necessary for employees to do a good job.
We also offer consultancy to organisations wanting to develop a Competency Framework.
Workplace Training Animations
AnimatedElearning.com takes your learning content and makes it compelling, relevant and accessible. We do this by creating animated videos that reflect specific characters, settings and real-life situations, or complex interactions of your choice.
We also create animated videos for use in formal assessments and exams, as well as complete online learning modules for use in education and training.

The Project Management Institute is the leading project management authority in the USA and worldwide.
We produced animations to depict competencies in action in the workplace, for use in their global seminars. This involved interviews to clarify the scenarios they required; running in-person focus group workshops to gain further scenarios from their project managers; then running online scripting workshops to ensure the scripts were realistic and fitted into their culture. Scripts were then passed to our animation production department.
A collaboration between Prometric and Dublin City University to reasearch the benefits of adding animations to the university exams. We were chosen as provider to support them with the storyboarding, scripting and animations. Prometric is a trusted leader in global test development and delivery solutions for academic, corporate, financial, government, healthcare, professional associations and technology market
Future Focused Finance is an NHS programme whose aim is to connect and develop professionals across the NHS. We transformed content of standard Powerpoint presentations into animations to increase audience engagement. These are used in conferences throughout the UK for different groups of NHS professionals

Our Platform Systems and Technologies
The system we have developed that underpins many of our measurement solutions is called QARAS - Questionnaire, Algorithm and Reporting Administration System. This highly flexible, modular system allows users to adapt our platforms to their own requirements.

It comprises a network of specialists working across three divisions:
