  • Project Management Fee

    • 20% of the total project (including any direct costs such as fees for external software tool we have to employ, but excluding 360FM subscription fees)

Consultancy Fees

  • Consultancy service dependent on expertise level and subject area -

    • Standard: (more than 5 years' experience) £400 per half day

    • Intermediate (more than 10 years' experience): £500 per day

    • With more than 15 years' experience and working for Fortune 500 companies: £900 per half day

  • Priority Response Support:

    • Quoted individually - prices depend on number of users per project, length of project, time of year, locations of users.

      • Typically 6 weeks, 10 users, UK-based, not August, 6am-9pm, guaranteed 4-hour response:

        • Emails via our Ticketing System, typically 1 hour: £60 per project, up to 50 subjects (call if more than 50 subjects)

        • Phone via Priority Support Hotline, available during UK office hours: £120 per project, up to 50 subjects (call if more than 50 subjects)

        • Phone via Priority Support Hotline, available 24/7: call.

  • 4 online group sessions + deliverables at £680 each session

  • Animation production starting from £300 (typically £800 per 30 animated seconds)
